Phone Receptionist

I don’t need 2 phone receptionists. Can I hire just one?

In most smaller practices we find that there is one person in the front desk who is burdened with greeting patients, answering the phone, doing appointment reminders, taking Rx refills all at the same time. While this results in cost savings initially, the end result is that patients leave the practice due to lack of service.

Do you take phone calls during work hours or after hours?

We offer phone answering services both during work hours as well as after hours.  During work hours, our representatives will act as a phone receptionist.  They will modify appointments, accept Rx refill requests, take down messages, etc just as a receptionist would do.  We do work through lunch which is an added benefit.
